An effective BRC Global standard for Food safety audit provides a solid framework for meeting customer challenges and realizing benefits such as Food safety culture, environmental monitoring, food security and defence, allergen management, labelling and packing controls, HACCP, Food safety and quality management system, Site standards, Product control, Process control, Personnel, High-risk, high-care and ambient high-care production risk zones, Requirements for traded products. This course develops the necessary skills to assess and report on the conformance and implementation of processes based on BRC Global standard for Food safety. You’ll learn how to initiate an audit, prepare and conduct audit activities, compile and distribute audit reports and complete follow-up activities. This course is designed to gain a full understanding of the general principles of requirmenets of standard including fundamental clauses, statement of intenet, conducting auidts including planning and report writing. .
